Looking for records?

The short answer is that we don't carry any.  A long time ago, record companies used to be called "something records" because that's what they manufactured.  As the music business has changed, records went out of style giving way to new mediums.  Nowadays, vinyl is back! and it's popular!  We do have a few records in our bricks and mortar store (these are new old stock, and there's a few different titles).  You might be here because you think you've reached "Sunrise Records", which is a new company that has taken over from a previous retail store.  Sunrise does in fact sell vinyl.  You can check them out online here:  http://www.sunriserecords.com/ .  You can also read a bit more about the two differences between the companies here. 

What you should know is that Sunshine Records has been around since 1974.  We used to produce vinyl, then cassettes and then CDs, and eventually we started selling mp3s online.  You might also be looking for "Baba's Records" (Ukrainian music!) or "Cherish Records" (our Gospel recording label).  All of these companies are under the same roof.  275 Selkirk Ave, Winnipeg, MB R2W 2L5.
